What's the minimum quantity to get started?
Branded promotional items are available from 100 units (from €1.40 / unit, plus VAT; volume pricing on request). OEM integration likewise starts from 100 units and is billed per unit, with no monthly fee. ServiceID costs from €0.50 per device and month, plus a one-time setup — no contract lock-in, no minimum order.
How long does implementation take?
We deliver branded promotional items 3–6 weeks after approval. We reply to your inquiry on business days within 24 hours.
Do finders or customers need an app?
No. The scan works with the phone camera — QR code or NFC, no app, no account, no sign-up. That's exactly what makes the difference: no hurdle for someone who wants to help.
What about data protection?
The system is GDPR-compliant; the software is developed and operated in Germany. Contact happens without private phone numbers or addresses being exposed — your customers' data stays protected.
Can we combine BrandID, ServiceID and OEM integration?
Yes — all three run on the same system, with one login and one set of reporting. The usual route: start with the most urgent application and expand after the pilot.
