Lost & Found is becoming standard. With OEM integration you extend your product line with a digital contact function straight from the factory — entirely in your brand, with the platform behind it run by us. A feature your customers pass on.
Why integrate
01 Sales
"Lost & Found included" appears in the product description, the listing and on the packaging — a feature the competition doesn't have on the shelf.
02 Pricing
A smart feature supports the higher price — with a one-time fee per unit and no ongoing costs, the math is rarely tight.
03 Loyalty
Every successful return is a brand experience no ad budget can buy: your product came back — because of you.
The integration
Printed in the label, stamped into the tag, lasered into the housing or worked in as an NFC tag: the contact function fits where your product can accommodate it — no new tooling, no rebuilding your production.
You give us quantities and preferred format, we deliver codes or tags batch by batch — ready to install and entirely in your branding.
How it works
No software, no IT project — you integrate the codes, we run the platform.
Step 01
You print QR codes yourself (zero hardware cost) or we supply NFC tags from about €0.30 per piece — worked into the label, tag or housing, entirely in your branding.
Step 02
Scan the QR, enter an email, done — two minutes, no app. The activation page carries your brand, not ours.
Step 03
The finder scans, your customer is reached instantly — routed anonymously, with the found location and a direct reply channel. The product comes home, and the story belongs to your brand.
Platform: servers in DE & EU · 99.5 % uptime · GDPR-compliant
Build it yourself or integrate?
There is more behind a dependable contact function than it lets on: a platform that connects strangers safely, delivers messages by WhatsApp, SMS and email, speaks to finders in six languages, catches misuse and gets data protection right — reliably, every single day, for years. That is a product in its own right. And it isn't your core business.
With OEM integration you get exactly that platform, finished: from €0.49 per unit, ready to go in weeks, under your brand. You stay with your product — we stay with ours.
Transparently calculated
A one-time fee per unit, no ongoing costs — this is how the contact function calculates:
What it's built for
01 Travel luggage
The black suitcase looks like a thousand others — with your contact function it still finds its way home. Instead of a lost-and-found lottery: a scan at the baggage belt.
02 Mobility
Parked, lent out, mixed up: a contact function on the frame turns a found item into a return — and your bike into a smart product.
03 Premium
The quiet concierge inside your product: discreetly integrated, invisible in everyday use — priceless in the decisive moment.
04 Your industry
The rule of thumb is simple: if your customers can lose it, lend it or mix it up, the conversation is worth it.
For your customers
Your customers notice nothing of the platform — until the day they need it.

The path to a pilot
No master agreement as an entry hurdle: you test with one batch and then take your time deciding on the rollout.
Step 01
You name the product, quantity and preferred format — informal is fine. Reply on business days within 24 hours, with an honest assessment of whether the case is worth it.
Step 02
We recommend the integration route — label, tag, engraving or NFC — and you receive a hands-on sample with your branding.
Step 03
From 100 units, paid per unit only: one line, one season or one region. You see how the function fits into production, packaging and sales.
Step 04
If the pilot convinces you, you scale to the product line — at volume terms, with data processing and support paths settled in a master agreement.
Pilot from 100 units · no monthly fee · roll out when it fits
Our answers
No. You only apply the code or NFC tag to your product — the platform behind it, from activation to routing, is ours to run. Nothing arrives that your team would have to roll out or maintain.
QR is ready to go immediately and costs no hardware — the codes simply run along in your existing print. NFC feels more premium and survives any surface: you encode the tags yourself, or we deliver them ready-encoded — from about €0.30 per piece. The obvious path: start with QR and add NFC in the premium line.
You start with a small batch from 100 units and pay per integrated unit only — no monthly fee, no setup. The pilot shows how the function fits into production, packaging and sales — after that you decide on the rollout.
A tracker locates for the owner — it doesn't enable the finder to act. On top of that come unit costs in the double-digit euro range, battery changes and platform lock-in. QR/NFC costs cents, works with any smartphone worldwide and needs neither battery nor app. By the way, the two aren't mutually exclusive — the contact function is the base that every unit gets.
Everything around the platform is supported by us: your customers activate on their own in two minutes, and for questions about the contact function our support steps in — your team doesn't have to build anything for it. Availability, support paths and responsibilities are clearly settled in the master agreement.
Your customers' contact details are stored GDPR-compliantly on servers in Germany and the EU and are used solely for routing — they're not passed on to third parties. Details are settled in the data processing agreement within the master agreement.
Yes — from just 100 units. One product line, one season or one region is enough to start; after that you can expand batch by batch whenever you like.
