Which ID is the right one for me?
It depends on the context: DriveID sits on the car windscreen, TravelID on your luggage, PetID on the collar, KeyID on the keyring, RescueID on the wristband for emergencies. You don't have to commit — many start with one and add more later. All run through the same account.
What sets the five IDs apart technically?
The technology is identical — scan, encrypted relay, your number stays private. The only difference is the form built for the job: DriveID withstands the climate behind the windscreen, TravelID hangs from your suitcase with a metal loop and shows the finder page in six languages, PetID sits on the collar, KeyID on the keyring, RescueID as a wristband or pendant.
Does one plan apply to all my IDs?
Yes. You manage any number of IDs under one account, and one plan (Starter, Premium or Family) applies to all of them together. So you don't pay extra per ID — the plan comparison is above.
What does it cost — and are there ongoing costs?
Each ID costs a one-time €24.99 (volume prices from 2 units). The Starter plan stays free forever. Premium and Family are optional, for when you need more.
Can I give an ID as a gift?
Yes. Every ID can be given as a gift with its own account — in the 3-pack one is even entirely free (you save a full €24.99). Handy for family, a partner's car or all your travel luggage.
Do I need an app?
No. SilentLink works completely without an app — for you and for whoever scans. Notifications come by WhatsApp, SMS or email; the ordinary smartphone camera is all it takes to scan.
Does it work abroad too?
Yes, worldwide. Whether in Milan, Tokyo or at home: the QR code and web page work everywhere, and the message reaches you exactly where you are.
