One reporting path for every property.
In facility management it isn't the technology that decides service quality — it's the reporting path: what never gets reported, or gets reported incompletely, no team can resolve. A QR reporting system turns every user — employee, tenant, visitor — into a reporter and delivers documented, uniquely assigned cases to your FM team across all properties.

The problem in operation
Not reported means not documented.
Facility teams often look after dozens of properties with changing users. And those very users rarely report faults cleanly: the hotline is busy, responsibility is unclear, and visitors and tenants don't have the app anyway. What does come in is patchy — and what doesn't come in shows up in no statistic, even though it burdens response times and SLAs.
A QR reporting system closes that gap: low-barrier for the reporter, structured and documented for you. Every report with property, location, photo and timestamp — the basis for response, evidence and analysis.
- A single reporting path across all properties instead of paper notes and phone chains
- SLA-capable: every report documented with a timestamp
- Analyzable: which properties and trades come up most often
How the report works
Scan. Assign. Evidence.
From the user's hint to a documented case with the right trade.
-
Step 01
Report points per property.
QR codes at entrances, equipment rooms, sanitary facilities and plant — each uniquely assigned to property and location. You define topics and recipients per site and trade.
-
Step 02
User reports without friction.
An employee, tenant or visitor scans, picks the topic, optionally attaches a photo. No app, no login — which is why people actually report.
-
Step 03
Documented with the trade.
The report flows by email to the responsible team or your ticketing system — complete, with a timestamp, as clean evidence toward the client.
Every report: property · location · trade · photo · timestamp
Frequently asked questions
A reporting system in facility management.
Does this fit our CAFM or ticketing system?
As a rule yes, without a project. Reports are delivered by email to any mailbox — any CAFM or ticketing system with an email inbox automatically turns it into a case. Your processes and analytics behind it stay untouched; via webhook & API on request.
Can we separate several properties and trades?
Yes. Topics, mandatory fields and recipients are defined per property and trade. Electrical goes to the electrician, sanitary to the plumbing team, cleaning to the cleaners — each with a clear property assignment.
Does this help with SLA evidence toward the client?
Yes. Every report is documented with a timestamp and uniquely assigned. That gives you solid evidence of when a fault was reported — instead of "we were never told about that".
What if users report nonsense?
Reports come from predefined topics, and every report is assigned to a property. Codes that cause trouble can be blocked and replaced. In practice, the value of early, complete reports clearly outweighs it.
How quickly are we operational across all properties?
It's not an IT project. As soon as topics and recipients per property are set, we produce the tags — apply them, done. Start with one site, then roll out to the whole portfolio.
